How it works

Built on real sequencing rules.

1 · Arc

Every class follows the same shape

Centering, warm-up, sun salutations, standing poses, balance, a peak, floor work and savasana. Each section gets a share of your time, like an experienced teacher would plan it. Yin classes are a series of long floor holds instead.

2 · Focus

Poses chosen for what you're working on

A hip class keeps the standing poses open to the side and builds toward pigeon. A hamstring class keeps the hips square and builds toward half splits. Backbends end with child's pose and a twist to neutralise.

3 · Level

Only poses that fit the room

Beginner sequences leave out poses like crow, camel and half moon. All-levels and intermediate classes include them as the peak, with easier options in the cues.

4 · Time

Timed to your class length

Holds are counted at about five seconds per breath plus short transitions, both sides for one-sided poses. If there is time left, it adds sun salutation rounds, repeats the standing sequence or lengthens floor holds and rest.

Generator questions

Is the yoga flow generator free?

Yes. The generator runs in your browser, needs no account and is free to use as often as you like. You can copy or print every sequence.

How does the yoga flow generator build a sequence?

It follows standard sequencing rules: centering, a warm-up for the spine and joints, sun salutations, standing poses grouped by hip position, balance, a peak with preparation and counterposes, floor work and savasana. Poses are chosen to match your focus and level, and holds are timed to your class length at about five seconds per breath.

Can I edit a generated yoga sequence?

The web generator gives you a starting point to copy or print. To edit poses, holds, sides and cues and to teach the class with timers, build it in the Yolgi app, or use Create with AI in the app for a class tuned to your notes and props.

Is a generated sequence safe for my students?

The generator only uses common poses that fit the level you pick and always includes a warm-up, counterposes and rest. It does not know your students, so read the sequence through, offer options and props, and adapt it as you would any class plan.
