Sharing your flow is flexible and convenient! You can share via a QR code or by searching for a username. To share using a QR code, simply generate the code and place it in your training materials, YouTube videos, or anywhere you’d like. Users can then scan the QR code within the app’s “Shared” section to add the flow to their list. Alternatively, users can search for your username to find and practice the flow.

Yolgi is an app that allows yoga teachers to create and visualise their flows. With Yolgi you can add 3 parts to your flow, the warm up, the actual flow and the cool down. Each part can be divided into sections. giving a clear and understandable structure to your flow. You can practice your flow per section or share the flow you’ve created with your students and friends. There is also the possibility to create a PDF to print and use as handouts.

Creating a flow in Yolgi is simple and intuitive, consisting of three main sections: Warm-Up, Peak, and Cool Down. Here’s how you can structure your flow:

1. Sections Overview:
Warm-Up: Prepare your body with gentle movements.
Peak: Focus on the most intense or challenging part of your practice.
Cool Down: Wind down with calming poses to relax.

2. Adding Subsections
Within each section, you can add “subsections” to include transitions, quick vinyasas, or any additional elements to customize your flow.

3. Adding Poses:
On any empty section, you’ll have two options:

Use Premade Flows: Select from a variety of premade flows to quickly build your sequence.


Add Custom Poses: Tap the “+” button at the bottom of the section to add individual poses of your choice.

4. Optional Sections:
If you prefer not to use a particular section (Warm-Up, Peak, or Cool Down), simply leave it empty. Unused sections will not appear in your final flow or practice.

By following these steps, you can create a personalized flow that suits your yoga practice perfectly!

Sharing your flow is easy and versatile! You can share it via a QR code or by searching for a specific user. Creators can generate a QR code to include in their training materials or videos, which users can scan within the app’s “Shared” section to add the flow to their list. Alternatively, if you are a creator of a flow, you can search for a user within the app and share the flow directly with them.

Users can personalize their flows by uploading their own pictures for poses. This can be done on the Pose Collection page.

Here’s how:
1. Select a Picture: Navigate to the Pose Collection page and choose a pose you’d like to customize.
2. Upload the Picture: Select a picture from your device that represents the pose.
3. Confirm the Upload: Click the checkmark to confirm and upload the picture.

Once uploaded, your custom pose pictures will be displayed in shared flows, PDFs, and during practice sessions, allowing for a more personalized experience.
